返品・返金ポリシー（Returns & Refunds Policy）

PetTopianでは、お客様に安心してお買い物いただけるよう、返品・返金の対応を以下の通り行っております。

■ 返品・交換の対象（Eligible Returns/Exchanges）  
商品に不良・破損・誤配送があった場合は、返品・交換を承ります。  
到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。  
*Returns or exchanges are accepted in case of damage, defects, or wrong items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.*

■ お客様都合による返品（Returns for Personal Reasons）  
サイズが合わない・イメージと異なるなど、お客様都合による返品は原則として承っておりません。  
特にオーダーメイド商品（手編みセーターなど）は再販ができないため、返品不可となります。  
*Returns due to personal reasons (e.g. size, image) are not accepted. Custom-made items (e.g. hand-knitted sweaters) are non-refundable.*

■ 返金方法（Refund Method）  
返品商品が当店に到着後、内容を確認し、返金処理を行います。  
クレジットカード等の決済方法に応じて返金に数日かかる場合があります。  
*Refunds will be processed after receiving and checking the returned item. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days.*

■ 返送料について（Return Shipping Costs）  
初期不良・誤配送の場合：当店が負担します。  
お客様都合の返品（当店が了承した場合）：お客様にてご負担いただきます。  
*If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping fee. For accepted returns due to personal reasons, the customer will bear the cost.*
